1 Introduction

Welcome to son4d. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and son4d ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the son4d website located at https://son4d.asia, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features made available through the Platform.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on son4d, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

3.4 Capacity to Contract

You must possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons under legal guardianship or those who are currently self-excluded from any gambling platform are not eligible to register.

4 Account Registration & Use

4.2 Account Security

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. son4d will not be liable for losses resulting from failure to maintain adequate Account security on your part.

4.3 KYC Verification

son4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued identity card or passport, proof of residential address dated within 90 days, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on your Account, including withdrawal holds.

4.4 Account Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a cryptocurrency deposit is made, the equivalent MYR value at the prevailing conversion rate at the time of deposit will be credited to your Account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are credited to your Account instantly. FPX bank transfers typically process within 5 to 15 minutes depending on your bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required network confirmations, typically within 15 to 30 minutes.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• Any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and other promotional credits offered by son4d are subject to specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games are stated on each promotion page. Sports bets generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; certain casino games may contribute at a reduced rate.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

son4d actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and the use of automated tools or coordinated betting to exploit promotional mechanics. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have Bonus Funds voided and any derived winnings forfeited, with or without prior notice.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds not subject to active wagering activity within the validity period stated on the promotion page will expire and be removed from your Account balance. son4d is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the stated terms.

6.5 Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus

The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus (up to MYR 688) is available to players making qualifying deposits in BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20, or BNB. This bonus is subject to standard wagering requirements as stated in the associated promotion terms. The bonus is credited automatically following deposit confirmation.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on son4d are subject to acceptance by the Platform. son4d reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected errors in odds, system malfunctions, or irregular betting patterns.

7.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on son4d are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed and a reference number issued, the odds are locked for that transaction. For live betting markets, odds may fluctuate rapidly and son4d does not guarantee the availability of any particular market at any time.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before a result can be determined; a technical error resulted in an incorrect price being offered; the bet was placed in violation of these Terms; or applicable sporting authority rules render the result invalid. Void bets are refunded to your Account at the original stake amount.

7.4 Game Fairness

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the son4d Platform:

• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in Platform software or game logic.
• Colluding with other players or with Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the son4d Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of son4d or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from son4d.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, son4d's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

son4d shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or information.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature.
• Damages arising from Force Majeure events, including interruption of internet connectivity or third-party payment processor failures.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with security obligations regarding your Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by son4d

son4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: the Account holder is in breach of these Terms; fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected; the Account has been used in connection with money laundering or other criminal activity; or continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory or reputational risk to son4d.

11.2 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our Customer Support team via live chat or email. All pending withdrawal requests must be resolved before Account closure is finalised. Any real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and any provision that by its nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

12 Responsible Gambling

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to first contact son4d Customer Support and allow a reasonable period of not less than 30 days for us to investigate and respond to your complaint. son4d will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

15 Amendments to These Terms

son4d reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
